Cancellations are processed as per each location’s protocols. You can view your cancellation date in your account.
To cancel your parking permit:
- Select Permits in the main navigation
- Select Cancel Parking Permit
- Enter the Site Name, Card Number and select the Cancel Date
- Submit your request
