Follow the dispute instructions printed on your parking invoice. All disputes must be submitted in writing, either online or by mail:
Online: Please email us with the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Parking Invoice (Attach Supporting Documentation as a .jpg or .png)
- Proof of Payment (Attach Supporting Documentation as a .jpg or .png)
- Please explain why you are disputing your Parking Invoice — our Violations Department will verify whether the pay stations were in working order at the date and time in question.

By mail: You are required to submit your Parking Invoice dispute within seven days (7) of receiving the invoice.
Disputes Must Include:
- First and last name
- Email address
- A copy of your Parking Invoice. If you no longer have a copy of your Parking Invoice, please indicate your Parking Invoice number and/or the license plate number associated with the invoice.
- If applicable, include a copy of proof of payment. For example, if you paid for parking you should send in a copy of the receipt or a charge on your credit card statement. Please black out confidential information.
- A brief description explaining why you are disputing your Parking Invoice.
