You can pay for parking in the ParkedIn app by entering a Zone ID instead of scanning a QR code. The Zone ID is the numeric code posted at the parking lot, and it helps you make sure you are paying for the correct location before you start your session.
Where to find the Zone ID
Look for the Zone ID on parking signs, payment terminals, or painted markings on the ground. It is usually a numeric code displayed near the parking area.
How to pay with a Zone ID
Open the ParkedIn app and start a new parking payment.
If prompted to scan a QR code, choose the option to enter a Zone ID instead.
Enter the numeric Zone ID exactly as shown on the sign, terminal, or ground marking.
Check that the app shows the correct parking lot or zone name before continuing.
Select your parking duration, review the payment details, and confirm your payment.
If the Zone ID is not recognised
If ParkedIn does not recognise the Zone ID, check that you entered the code correctly and that you are using the number shown for that parking area. If the code still does not work, try another nearby sign or terminal to confirm the Zone ID. If the issue continues, contact ParkedIn support for help before paying.
